DRC “Future Workplace” Workshop

You're invited to the DRC Workshop: "Future Workplace"

A workshop on effective recruitment and retention strategies in the ever-changing and more diverse work place with four generations of workers. The workshop is centered around game-changing tools and strategies to address unique challenges facing South Carolina based organizations. To better understand and address current recruitment and retention dynamics, Juan Johnson, an Atlanta based diversity consultant and the facilitator for the Riley Institute Diversity Leaders Initiative (DLI), will lead a discussion with workshop participants to include:

  • Four generations in the workplace
  • How to more effectively attract and retain millennials (Generation Y)
  • How to leverage your company’s connections to other organizations through the DRC
  • What is the DRC and why has your organization invested in it?
  • What is the ambassador network and how could it help you recruit candidates?

The format will be open forum discussion with a goal of helping people directly involved in the hiring process be more effective in meeting the demands of their department and organization.

Light continental breakfast provided.

Register by contacting Nika White at nwhite@greenvillechamber.org or 864-239-3727.
